Day One: Packing in Loughton

Packing a whole household for a journey abroad is a full day's work in itself, usually for a team of two to three experienced packers. Fragile pieces are wrapped individually with nothing touching the cardboard, plates stand on edge rather than stacked flat, and heavy things such as books go into small boxes so each stays easy to carry. Every box is labelled with its contents and the room it belongs to, which matters even more when it is unpacked hundreds of miles from home. Since Brexit, household goods moving from the UK to Spain also need customs paperwork, which our international removals team now prepares as part of the move.
Day Two: Loading Three Luton Vans
Day two heralded the next phase of the operation: loading. With three robust Luton vans at our disposal, we orchestrated a carefully choreographed dance of logistics, efficiently loading Kevin's entire household onto our vehicles. As we traversed highways and byways, traversing vast distances and diverse landscapes, our resolve remained steadfast: to deliver Kevin's belongings to their destination unscathed.
Arriving in Ibiza presented its own set of challenges, chief among them the narrow and winding roads that snaked through the island's picturesque terrain. Undeterred, our team navigated these obstacles with skill and precision, expertly manoeuvring our vehicles through tight corners and steep inclines.
Finally, after days of travel and countless miles covered, we arrived at Kevin's new abode in Ibiza. With the azure waters of the Mediterranean stretching out before us, we set about the task of unloading, determined to complete the journey with the same level of care and attention to detail that had characterised every step thus far.
