Storeo is a collect-and-store service from RMV Storage & Removals Ltd. We collect your things from your door anywhere in London inside the M25, pack them into wooden containers in our warehouse in Rainham, East London, and bring them back when you ask. We collect. We store. We return.
Why we built Storeo
For years our storage customers booked by phone and email. It worked, but it meant waiting for us to answer simple questions: what is in container 3, when is my next invoice, can you bring back the bike? We wanted everyone, customers and our own team, to see the same booking, the same list and the same dates.
Better booking management for everyone
In Storeo you can book a collection, book more storage and book a return of some or all of your things. Your bookings and upcoming returns sit in one place, so you always know what is happening and when. Our team works from the same bookings, so there are fewer calls, fewer emails and fewer mix-ups.
A digital inventory of what we store
When we collect, we list your items room by room with rough values. That digital inventory is in the app, so you can check what is in storage without visiting the warehouse. It also matters for cover: storage includes insurance, and the inventory list is what validates it if you ever need to make a claim.
Payments, invoices and your agreement in one place
The collection is a one-off fee paid at booking. Storage is billed monthly in arrears by Direct Debit, and a VAT invoice appears in the app each month. Card payments go through Stripe. Your storage agreement and booking confirmations are in the app too, so you never have to search your inbox for them.

How Storeo works
- Book a collection. Choose a date and how many containers you need. The weekly price per container includes VAT and insurance.
- We collect and list your things. Our team packs and loads your items and builds your inventory room by room.
- We store them in Rainham. Your containers stay in our East London warehouse for as long as you need.
- Ask for things back. Book a return in the app and we deliver to your door. You can also visit by appointment, Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm, with 3 working days' notice; an access fee applies.
